SMM panel support in Tanzania: TZS, mobile money and pending orders

Delix Gains guidance for Tanzanian mobile money payments, TZS receipts, pending orders and duplicate orders on the same link.

Match Tanzania, TZS and your wallet option

Select Tanzania and confirm the TZS payment total before continuing. Do not choose Kenya simply because both countries have familiar mobile money brands. The payment country, currency and network need to match the transaction instructions you are actually using.

Kora documents Vodacom, Tigo (Yas) and Airtel for Tanzania mobile money. A checkout may use a current or older network label. Choose only a matching option that is available for your payment, and contact support if the listed option is unclear. Read the displayed minimum and final amount instead of relying on an older price screenshot.

Report wallet deductions with the exact reference

If your wallet was deducted but your balance did not update, send the original transaction message or receipt, its reference, TZS amount, payment date and time, username and registered email. For an order without an account, include the exact link used to order and the payment reference.

Tell support whether a payment is pending, a balance credit is missing or a service order is processing. These are different checks. Keep one conversation for follow-ups on the same transaction so the team can review earlier evidence. Avoid a second payment until the first attempt has been checked, and keep your PIN and authentication codes private.

Wait for an active order before adding another on its link

When a service order is queued, pending or active, first check its saved order ID. Starting another order on the same post or profile can mix results and make delivery harder to assess. Ask support to review the active order and the requested action before placing the next one.

For a delivery concern, an image can help show what you are seeing, but it should accompany the order ID rather than replace it. A refill request needs the service’s refill terms checked; a no-refill service is not automatically covered. Choose quantities and services that fit your goal, and keep the target available throughout processing and any review.

Common questions

Is Tigo the same option as Yas in this guide?

Kora’s network documentation uses “Tigo (Yas).” Match the wallet you use to the option displayed by your current checkout, and ask support if you are unsure.
