Check the network shown for your Ghana payment

Check receipt, wallet credit and order delivery separately
A mobile money receipt confirms an event in your wallet. Your Delix Gains deposit record confirms whether the payment was matched to your account. The order page then shows progress for the service you purchased. Checking these three records in sequence helps identify whether you need payment assistance or order assistance.
For a missing deposit, provide the mobile money transaction reference, amount, date, approximate time, username and registered email. If a receipt includes unrelated balance or personal information, you can hide those parts while keeping the relevant transaction details readable. Never share a wallet PIN.
Match the service to the audience you need
A Ghanaian shop, creator or reseller may have different goals. Read the service description for audience targeting, platform, quantity limits and refill conditions rather than assuming every service brings Ghana-based users or customer enquiries. A country on the payment screen does not set the audience for a social media order.
Before ordering, check that the link opens the intended public post, video or profile. Save the order ID and compare the result with the service description. If delivery appears incomplete, send that ID and explain what you observed. Avoid making another order on the same link while an earlier one is active; ask support to review the first order.
