Start with the order ID and current record
Open the orders page on the website where you purchased the service and copy the Delix Gains order ID. Kenya and Nigeria/global have separate business records, so tell support which website you used. A social media username or a screenshot without a readable order ID may not identify the right purchase.
Read the current status alongside the service description. Active or queued orders are still in the workflow; completed, canceled and partial records require a different review from an order that has not started. The team checks the actual record rather than assuming that a request still applies.
Choose the request that matches the problem
For a slow order, ask for a status check or speed-up review. For an order you want to stop, request cancellation review. If an order says completed but the result was not delivered, describe what is missing so support can submit a delivery review. These requests go through the support and owner workflow; they do not guarantee an immediate status change or refund.
If you have several orders, paste their IDs in one message and say which action you want. Separate orders needing different actions. For example, list the IDs for a speed-up together and use another list for cancellation, so an agent can submit the correct group for review.
Refill depends on the purchased service
A refill request must match the service’s refill period and conditions. Support checks the purchased service, order timing and reported drop. Services marked NO REFILL or RISK DROPS should not be treated as if they include refill protection.
An order may already be refilled, be outside its refill period or fail the service’s drop conditions. Counts below a start count or other limits require checking against the actual service terms. Ask for the reason shown by the review rather than placing a new refill request with the same unexplained evidence.
Help the team assess the result accurately
Keep the ordered content public and preserve the exact link used for the purchase where the service requires it. Avoid placing overlapping orders on the same link while one is active. If you changed the username, deleted the post or made the account private, tell support because that can change what can be checked.
Use the same chat for follow-up and include any new information, such as the latest visible count. When the owner reviews a group of IDs, some may already be completed, canceled or refilled while others still need action. The response should be read per order, not as one outcome for the entire list.
Common questions
Can every service be refilled?
No. Refill eligibility depends on the service purchased, its period and conditions. NO REFILL services do not include refill protection.
Does requesting cancellation automatically cancel an order?
No. Support submits the request for review and communicates the outcome for that order.
