Choose a method that appears in your checkout
Payment options vary by country, currency and active merchant configuration. Use the method offered for the transaction you are starting. A card icon or bank transfer mentioned elsewhere on the website is not a reason to change your country setting or transfer money to instructions that are no longer current.
Review the amount, currency, reference and any fees displayed before approving. If you changed country or currency after entering an amount, review a fresh payment confirmation. Keep the payment reference so a pending or missing credit can be checked against the correct attempt.
Bank transfer: follow that attempt’s bank instructions
For a checkout bank transfer, copy the current account details and amount exactly. Kora’s Nigerian bank transfer flow can generate temporary, single-use account instructions. Follow the validity guidance shown for your transaction instead of reusing details saved from an earlier payment.
After sending a transfer, retain the bank receipt and checkout reference. If the website still shows pending, ask support to check it before making a second transfer. A transfer receipt helps identify the payment, while a confirmed payment record establishes whether the account should be credited.
Pay with Bank and card payments use their own approval flows
Pay with Bank is distinct from manually sending a transfer. Kora’s checkout asks customers to choose a supported bank and complete the bank’s required authorisation. Use the banks listed in that flow; do not assume that every bank is supported.
For a card payment, use the secure payment screen offered by the checkout and complete any requested bank authentication there. Delix Support should not receive your full card number, CVV, banking password or one-time code. If a payment was declined, keep its reference and the visible result when asking for help.
Report an underpayment, extra debit or missing balance clearly
Send the amount requested, amount actually debited, currency, time, transaction reference, username and registered email. Explain whether there was one debit or several. For a purchase without an account, include the exact link used to order. Hide unrelated bank information while keeping the relevant evidence readable.
Do not send an extra payment to correct an amount until the first attempt has been reviewed. If the payment is confirmed and the issue concerns delivery instead, use the order ID. Cancellation, refill and payment review are different support actions and should be labelled accordingly.
Common questions
Is Pay with Bank the same as bank transfer?
No. Pay with Bank uses a supported bank authorisation flow. A bank transfer follows the account instructions for the specific payment attempt.
Should I send my CVV to support to verify a payment?
No. Send the reference, amount, time and account contact details. Keep card security codes and authentication details private.
